Repair Terms and Conditions

Once your order is confirmed, it would be our responsibility to pick, repair and deliver your device. Customers are here by requested to go through all the points mentioned below before undergoing any repairs, the same will taken as his/her acknowledgement.

  1. For customers located in Hyderabad, free pickup and drop services are provided. Picking up the device, bringing it to our repair center and delivering it back post repair will be done by our executive at time and placed convenient to you. It would require minimum of 2 days in general case.
  2. For cities other then Hyderabad, we provided free courier services but it would be your responsibility to properly pack the device to be repaired and handover to the courier service. You would be ensuring that your device reaches us safely and no damage is caused to it during transit. Once your product is repaired, we would courier it back to you. Delivery is free of cost. No additional charges for picking up/dropping or courier services shall be demand. It would require minimum of 10-15 days in general case.
  3. The cost of repairing your product will be intimated to you via email and whatsapp. You need to make a deposit of Rs.349/- at the time of placing an order for repairing your device as s basic service charges. Cost of mobile repairing is include the basic service charges. For any queries regarding the mobile repairing, you may contact our customer care team anytime and no amount shall be demanded for such services.
  4. Moreover, you are given the freedom to cancel the order till the time the device is physically picked up for repair but such cases, the basic service charges deposited by you shall not be refunded.
  5. Job sheet in original must be produced by the customer while collecting the mobile.
  6. We will not be responsible for any loss, damage, theft, riots, floods, act of state, act of god etc.
  7. After delivery of mobile we will not be held responsible for any damage.
  8. Replaced components will not be shown or returned.
  9. There is no guarantee/warrantee of parts replaced/sold or services rendered.
  10. Warranty on services will be only for 30 days and bill must be produced to reclaim any services. Service warranty is objected to the same repeated problem and no other specified problems.
  11. Kindly get satisfied for repairs done and ensure all your belongings before leaving the phone, after which we will not be responsible.
  12. During repairing process, due to some technical aspects if the mobile goes dead we will not be responsible for it and the customer has to co-operate on it.
  13. Water damage of fallen down mobile can create any type of other problems or dead while repairing, we will not be responsible for it and customer has to co-operate on it.
  14. If component cost exceeds service charges, i.e., total including component cost exceeds the service charges of the mobile, only then we can give you the estimate of your approval otherwise equipment will be repaired. The estimate is approximate and the actual repair charges may differ from the estimate.
  15. Any dispute will be subject to Hyderabad Jurisdiction, based on above terms and conditions agreed by the customer here with.
